Residence Conchiglie is part of the Bella Italia Efa Village and it is located just 130 meters from the beach. It is the family inn of the large Bella Italia Village. It offers a wide range of accommodation options, including quintuple and sextuple rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, heating, and private bathrooms. Residence Conchiglie offers accessible accommodations and facilities for guests with mobility challenges. The building provides a limited outdoor parking area with an asphalt surface. There are two ramps to access the residence: one is 10 meters long with a 12% gradient, and the other is 6 meters long with an 11% gradient. Inside, nine accessible rooms are located on the same floor. These rooms include quintuple and sextuple layouts with single beds. The bathrooms are designed for ease of use, featuring side access to the toilet (with grab bars), front access to the sink, and enclosed showers. Additionally, there is a special quintuple room that can be accessed directly from the parking area without stairs. All accessible rooms are equipped with air conditioning for comfort

Another part of the Village, Residence Alle Vele, offers 68 adapted rooms with a total of 244 beds, all equipped with private bathrooms, TV, and air conditioning. Most rooms feature large terraces with stunning views of the pine forest and sea.
